This year we are doing our part by going green – but we need your help! Please bring the following reusable items for your personal use so we don’t have to purchase disposable alternatives. We’ll provide a way for you to wash ‘em, you help us keep one-time-use items out of the BarCampMilwaukee/Bucketworks trash cans!
- cup or water bottle
- coffee cup, if you're the type to drink coffee
- plate/bowl
- eating utensils (reusable!)
- something for the Pot Luck (oops! did we organize one?)
If you are able to bring any of the following items, it’d really help us out. Please be sure to put a piece of masking tape with your name and email address on it on any items you bring so if you accidentally leave them, we can get them back to you.
- extension cord(s)
- power strips
- tables
Things you might consider bringing
- laptop (or desktop or tablet if you so wish)
- camera
- digital storage
- pillow & blanket
- comfy clothes
As for the camping part... yes! You can camp here. Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, tent.. whatever. It is "indoor camping" but you're welcome to crash out in a dark & quiet corner if you don't want to hack all night long.
